The user of our services (guest or traveler), hereinafter referred to as the BUYER, creates a request for a reservation or payment for a transfer, excursion, activity, accommodation or rental on the website of VESTON TRAVEL j.d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as VESTON TRAVEL, and payment is made by redirecting to a secure and licensed site (GPN ) by filling out the form provided for it.
    When making a reservation or purchase, the customer is obliged to enter all the information requested from him in the reservation or purchase form.
    By requesting a reservation or purchase, the customer confirms that he has previously read the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy as well as these Purchase Terms and Conditions and that he has agreed to them.

    In a few simple steps, you can book or pay for transfer services, excursions, activities, accommodation or rentals for your vacation from the comfort of your home.
    Follow these steps to make a reservation or purchase:

    1. searching and choosing a service

    On the website  the selection of the desired services is maximally simplified.

     You can choose services in two ways.

    1. by selecting TRANSFER, DAY EXCURSIONS, ACCOMMODATION, ACTIVE HOLIDAY or RENT... and entering data on the main search engine on the front page.

    1. entering a particular selected service at the top of the home page opens a page with a search engine for the desired service in which you enter data.

    By activating the search engine in any way, the page with the desired service will appear. On the page there is a contact form for booking and the option of choosing to pay for the service.  

    2. availability and price calculation

    Select the period for the desired service, then enter your information. If the selected service is available, the system will show the final price, after which you can make a reservation online or pay for the service. In exceptional cases, reservation or payment is possible only after confirmation of the offer by our operator (within 24 hours). 

    3. payment and reservation confirmation - voucher

    To pay for the selected service, you will be redirected to Only after the payment is made, your reservation is valid. If confirmation of the offer is required by our operator, you will receive a confirmation or an alternative offer within 24 hours. Only after payment, your reservation is valid. After payment, you will receive an email (in the attachment there is a voucher that must be printed in A4 format) as a confirmation of your reservation. All information about the reservation is clearly displayed on the voucher: the name of the customer of the service, the service, information about the service provider, the date the service was performed, the amount you paid, as well as our information. The customer confirms that he is fully aware of all the details and conditions under which a certain service is offered, and that he has understood and accepted everything stated in the General Conditions, i.e. that this is a legal obligation for both the customer of the service and VESTON TRAVEL.

    When making a reservation, the client pays the entire amount. 

Obligations in case of cancellation of reservation

The reservation can be canceled no later than 48 hours, where the agency reserves the right to charge for the cancellation of the reservation in the amount of 40% of the price, and return the rest to the customer.
If the reservation is canceled later than 48 hours, the agency is not obliged to return the funds paid.

In case of bad weather and the trip cannot be held, the client is offered the choice of another date or a full refund of the payment.


Payment of the reservation can be made BANK TRANSFER


The agreed price includes all taxes and fees in the Republic of Croatia for payment by remittance.

On pages  prices are expressed in Euros, and all payments will be made in Croatian currency. Before payment, the final price will be converted into Croatian Kuna. The amount to be charged is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euros into Croatian Kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

In order to finally confirm the created reservation request, the customer pays an advance payment in accordance with the issued preliminary invoice - in the amount of 30% of the total value within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). The customer pays the remaining amount up to the total value of the reservation to the VESTON TRAVEL bank account no later than 31 days before arrival.

In the case of a reservation for services that is shorter than 30 days for accommodation and boat rental, or 15 days for a transfer, excursion or activity, and before the arrival of the customer of the service (beginning of using the reservation), it is necessary to pay 100% (the entire amount) upon confirmation of the reservation. The remaining amount for individual services can be paid directly to the service provider on the day of arrival, depending on the conditions that VESTON TRAVEL has agreed with the service provider, which will be specified for each service separately.

If you want to pay for your reservation by bank transfer, you must pay the requested amount within 24 hours from the moment of the online reservation. 
It is the customer's obligation to send VESTON TRAVEL a copy of the bank transfer, a confirmation of the completed bank transaction (from abroad SWIFT), immediately after the payment has been made, upon receipt of which VESTON TRAVEL will send him a voucher. Otherwise, VESTON TRAVEL is not obliged to book the service. 
VESTON TRAVEL is not responsible for unfulfilled service reservations due to a delay in the delivery of the confirmation within 24 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). 
 All bank charges are borne by the buyer (therefore, on the bank transfer, OUR must be written in the "expense option" field). If you pay immediately before the start of your stay - please note that it takes 5 working days for payments from abroad, or 3 working days for payments by bank transfer within Croatia.
VESTON TRAVEL is not responsible for the availability of services confirmed after the expiration of the option assigned to confirm the reservation (the time period by which the confirmation of payment must be submitted).
By paying for the reservation, the customer confirms that he is fully aware of all the characteristics and conditions under which the particular service is offered. By paying for the reservation, everything stated in General Terms and Privacy Policy and in these Terms of purchase and rules becomes a legal obligation both for the customer of the service and for VESTON TRAVEL. 


The prices published on the VESTON TRAVEL website are highlighted with each service or accommodation unit. 
The prices of services or accommodation units are published in euros (€). The kuna equivalent value of the paid service will be expressed on the receipt.
The listed prices of services or accommodation include only those services that are listed with the selected service or accommodation unit. 
Additional services are those services that are provided during transfers, excursions, activities or in the accommodation unit, and are not included in the price of the defined service, so the customer pays for them. 
If VESTON TRAVEL has a price list of additional services, it publishes it on its website. Most of the additional services are paid by the customer directly to the service provider, while some are paid when the reservation is confirmed. The customer is obliged to declare all desired additional services when creating a reservation request.
Although most of the additional services are optional, there are also those of a binding nature (eg extraordinary boat transport to the facility) that the customer pays on the spot directly to the service provider.

In rare cases, the customer will have to pay a cash deposit directly to the service provider before starting to use the rented accommodation. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the service provider that the customer (guest) will not commit any damage in the rented accommodation. On the day of departure, the deposit will be returned to the buyer (guest) in full, but only after the service provider has previously established that the buyer (guest) has handed over the rented accommodation in the same condition as when he took it over.

VESTON TRAVEL reserves the right to change the prices published on the website until the moment the invoice is sent to the customer.
By sending the invoice, VESTON TRAVEL guarantees the customer that the reserved transfer, excursion, activity, accommodation or rental is available at the price calculated in the invoice.
